Cindy Ruggiero has been in the Cannabis industry for a long time. She started as a Marijuana activist in the 70’s. In the summer of 1979 was also a NO NUKER activist and went to the No Nukes Rally in New York and has followed that passion ever since. In 2010 she became a speaker for the Medical marijuana movement in Washington, D.C., fighting for legalization and medical use of marijuana. Since then she’s participated in Legalization in Delaware, Philly PA Smoke down Civil Disobedience Rallies, New Hampshire Hemp fests and Dam Sam’s in New York as a speaker and activist for legalization. She has been doing the NJ Statehouse with a group for 6 years outside Gov. Chistie’s office. She is also a first place holder of the Cannabis Cup Cook-Off in New Hampshire. She is now teaching classes to Medical Marijuana patients on how to medicate their own foods and always comes up with new and creative methods to consume cannabis in the most effective and nutrition ways. Cindy has studied nutrition and knows the importance of incorporating healthy ingredients when she cooks therefore, she always uses organic and non-GMOs or as natural as possible. Cindy will help to educate you on the fact that, you are what you eat. She is very active in rallying for the legalization of marijuana all over the East Coast, and she has been devoting her time to that purpose and in making Cannabis –infused gourmet treats and edibles as Castronaut Chocolates.
